On Monday 5th of June, Mrs Jenny Cranston, Deputy
Director General of Education visited
Redland Bay State School to be “Principal
for a Day”.

The principal for the day program was one
of many events to celebrate Education Week.

Mrs Cranston was very impressed by our
school and she did a wonderful job as
Principal for a Day.

She was particularly impressed by the year
4 and 5 students who demonstrated their
work in “claymation” and their heritage
DVD production.

A group of year 6 students also shared with
Mrs Cranston their amazing You Can Do It
project including webpage development,
posters, stickers, claymation and
podcasting.

A group of year 6 student also had the opportunity to interview Mrs Cranston.
