On Monday the 6th of November, 92 year six students went to Tallebudgera Beach School. All the students were organised into two groups the pippies and pelicans. Some of the activities we enjoyed while on camp were circus activities, tobogganing, canoeing, snorkelling, fishing, body boarding, Burleigh Mountain walk, archery, tandem bikes and screen printing. We also did night activities such as dancing, games, movie night and we also got to watch a science show. We had delicious meals like hot dogs, strawberry and chocolate mousse and ice cream and waffles. Each afternoon all the students got to have one hour of free time. You could go swimming, play basketball, tennis, netball, football or stay in the cabins. Unfortunately the pelicans were on their Burleigh Mountain walk when the weather changed and everyone got soaked. By Friday the weather was fining up and we were able to go down to the beach for activities. All the students were very but they enjoyed their stay at Tallebudgera beach school and their memories will last forever. Sophie & Krysten 6CD |
